Karma is not justice - Part 2

Misconceptions about karma - Part 2

As we have already discovered in the first part about the misconception of karma, karma does not equal justice.

It is a stagnant energy that has not changed over lifetimes and plays out over and over again, merely changing the way it finds external expression during different lifetimes.

If you want to know a more detailed explanation, please read the first part.

I would like to go further in this text about how karma can be transformed and how justice can be served.

Karma can be changed in the first place by recognition.

If a person gets to a point in their life where they „stop themselves“ and realize that there is a certain pattern that repeats all over and over again within a certain time span and they slowly start to become suspicious, that might be the first step.

If the person stops trying to fix this pattern or problem externally and suddenly shifts into an internal focus, trying to find the problem within himself, he will initiate the process of karmic relief.

Now he has to go on, finding the root of his issues and follow the lead without any denial, suppression or self -deceit.

No matter how hard it gets and how long it takes.

He has to be honest with himself and whatever internal realizations and understandings he has, he must act upon them and integrate them into his life.

From this point on he must go further.

He must dig deeper and deeper until he can be assured that he does not fall back into the old patterns, feels no more pull towards them and they do not show up as physical manifestations in his external life anymore.

In the process of doing this, the seeker will stumble over karmic connections and realize that karma is not only his own making, but also involves others. We all have karma with each other. It is like a network of action and reaction, an exchange of energy, a constant attachment to foreign energies and a chaotic attempt of trying to bring balance into this collective network.

And ususally in this act of trying to bring balance or justice, a lot of injustice is being produced.

We can be emotionally and mentally attached to each other and ultimately these attachments form energetical ties and cords.

And often we get reborn into the same networks with the same people again.

So we don't only re -experience the same situations, but also meet the same people.

In one lifetime a person can be a brother, in another he is your father and after that one he is your best friend.

Let's say this person's karma is to be a drug addict and in every lifetime he pressures your conscience and pity and borrows money from you and never pays it back, until you yourself go broke.

So you are the co- dependent in the relationship. In all lifetimes and no matter in which constellation you and the other part appear. Both of you continue to play the old roles.

Until you break your karma.

And this is when justice or balance can come into play.

If one of the people within the karmic network breaks free from their own karma, the energies will shift and it could either have a negative or positive outcome for the other part of the karmic tie.

He has a choice.

Either the addict, who used the co -dependent for money, wakes up and starts to change his own patterns or he will be forced to face the consequences of his karma instead of laying his burdens onto someone else and making them pay for the his addiction. Or he chooses to use other people.

The co-dependent's life will ultimately get better, even if it is always hard in the beginning, because changing yourself will also change your environment and how it reacts to you.

It is not always pleasant.

But in the long run, it will be worth it.

For the addict in that case it could lead to a process of healing or an ultimate disaster. When the co-dependent's energies are being pulled away from him and all the resources he received through his benevolence are being cut off, on the physical and also energetical level, he will finally face the external manifestations of his karma.

This is the only way that justice, balance and order can manifest into the physical realm.

Not by god, not by accident, but by our individual evolution.

This example was just meant to serve as a simplified attempt to explain one aspect of karma.
